Orders placed on our Australian website are sent from our Australian based warehouse. We offer Free Express Shipping for all Australian orders over $150.

Our business hours are Monday – Friday 9-5pm, orders placed before 2pm are processed the same day, other orders are then processed the next business day depending on pending payment and stock availability.

Purchases made on the weekends and NSW public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us, with tracking so you can follow your package on its way to you! Please note; these emails can also end up in junk.

During sale periods or days of collection launches, there may be slight delays in shipping. We will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible and appreciate your patience during these times.

Please note: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. In accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.
If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to sender and the order will be refunded, excluding the return and original shipping fee.  

Additional Information 

  • Please enter your shipping address correctly, as once your order has been received and dispatched, we cannot alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender. 
  • Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit.

We offer our customers to securely and conveniently send and receive payments online using PayPal. When you use PayPal, your financial information is kept private and every PayPal payment is followed by an email confirming your transaction.

You can choose to pay with VISA, MasterCard, or your already registered PayPal account. This payment method passes your order along to PayPal who receive and control your order.

If you have a registered PayPal account you can choose this for purchase without typing your credit card information. Signing up for a PayPal account is optional, which means that you as a customer can complete your payment first, and then decide whether you want to save your information in a PayPal account for future purchases. Refunds are processed instantly.

If the PayPal payment was funded by credit card the money will go back to the card and depending on the card issuer it may take up to four days before it shows on the customer’s credit card statement.

Refunds of transactions that were funded by bank account or PayPal balance are credited instantly to the customer’s PayPal account. for more details.
